Training Innovation & Development. I offer training product innovation and development services, designed to enhance the efficacy of a unit’s personnel educational services. I have developed training modules for faculty, non-faculty professionals, graduate students, and undergraduate students across a number of roles. Among those roles were my being the University of North Carolina’s Center for Faculty Excellence’s first faculty-in-residence and currently as the Executive Director of Instructional Development for the Center for the Science of Moral Understanding.

Group Problem-Solving and Survey Design. I offer group problem-solving facilitation services and survey design support. As part of Kenan-Flagler’s executive development program, I have provided group facilitation services to the United States Army’s Forces Command, Reserve Command, and Cyber Command*, as well as to Skanska International. I have over a decade of survey design support experience.

Self-Regulation Consultation. I offer individual, small group, and corporate self-regulation consultation. Individuals and small groups can receive individualized feedback on their goal setting, striving, and monitoring processes to enhance self-regulatory success. Large groups will be provided with a cutting edge review of evidence-based self-regulatory processes in a presentation format, at varying levels of depth depending on group wishes.
